USING THIS WEBSITE

Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the use of finitearch.com and the information we publish about our work.

Last updated: 23 October 2026.

1. Who operates the website

This website is operated by Finite Arch Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 17204312.

Registered office: 343 Roundhay Road, Leeds, LS8 4BU, United Kingdom.

You can contact us at finitearch@gmail.com.

2. About our work

We publish information about inventions, research questions and development activity. A concept, possible application or planned project does not mean that a product is available, that a result has been demonstrated or that a commercial arrangement exists.

We aim to make the stage of each piece of work clear. Public descriptions are general information. Confirm important details with us before relying on them for a business, technical or other significant decision.

3. Using the website

You may browse the website, link to its public pages and use the information for lawful personal, research or business purposes, subject to applicable intellectual property rights.

Do not impersonate another person, submit unlawful material, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access or bypass access restrictions.

Responsible automated access to public information is welcome. It must respect access controls and reasonable request limits and must not disrupt the service.

4. Content and intellectual property

Text, branding, software, designs and other materials may be protected by rights belonging to Finite Arch Limited or other rights holders.

You may quote or use material where the law permits. Keep attribution and context accurate, including any statement about development stage or evidence limitations. Viewing the website does not grant a general licence to copy, develop or commercially exploit an invention or other protected material.

Do not imply that we endorse you, your organisation or your work without our agreement. These terms do not restrict any exception or right provided by law.

5. Enquiries and confidential information

An enquiry starts a conversation. It does not by itself create a partnership, licence, development agreement or commitment to carry out work.

Please keep an initial enquiry non-confidential. If sensitive technical information is needed, discuss suitable confidentiality arrangements with us first. This does not remove a confidentiality obligation arising under law or a separate agreement.

You retain the rights you hold in material you send. Sending it does not transfer ownership or give us an unrestricted right to exploit your idea. We may consider the information to assess and respond to your enquiry, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

6. Evidence and external links

The AI Node is a company-authored reference. Its experimental evidence framework is not an independent accreditation, customer rating or guarantee of performance. No numeric Finite Arch assessment has yet been assigned.

Linked websites have their own operators, terms and privacy arrangements. A link does not, by itself, establish endorsement or verify the linked information.

7. Accuracy, availability and responsibility

We take reasonable care with the information we publish and welcome corrections. Information and development plans may change, and we may update or temporarily suspend parts of the website.

We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Our responsibility for any loss or problem is determined by applicable law and any relevant agreement.

We do not limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms removes a right or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

8. Privacy and changes

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. The Contact page states which enquiry methods are currently available.

We may update these terms as the website develops. Updates do not retrospectively remove rights already acquired or change a separate agreement without the authority or agreement it requires.

9. Applicable law and questions

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This does not override mandatory protections or rights to use other courts available under applicable law.

If you have a question or concern, email finitearch@gmail.com and identify the relevant page or issue.
